Burning Life

Sitting alone with my abandoned heart,
Thinking about from where to start,
Was it the words or the touch,
Which made me fall for her so much,

Where is the love that was once there,
I thought you wanted to play fair,
When did our ways diverge apart,
Why could we not learn the art,

Time slipping away through the hour glass,
The memomries shared, dont seem to surpass,
Wheres the future which we had forseen,
Why couldnt we just wipe the slate clean

Gathering the pieces of shattered soul,
My lifes turned darker than kohl,
The agony of your total absence,
The numbness wiping all my sense,

Why does it have to be so hard,
Why have I been completely barred,
Far way from your burning life,
All I wanted was a loving wife

Why cant any one of us come clean,
Is it necessary to make it so obscene,
My heart never wanted to walk away,
Im still ready with those eight letters to say,

Neither I liked the separate way,
Had no intention to ever betray,
I know we both our filled with remorse,
3 words, 8 letters, say it & Im all yours!

Irony of Love

Do you hear the Love bells tinkle ? Can you feel the air around you suddenly smell of fresh flowers ? Do you sense your self to be floating in air ? Can you think of nothing except your 'special' one ? Does it signal the Happy Day coming up ? Well , Valentine's Day ?

 

It's the Valentine's week going on and every body is going head over heels. Trying their best to look to their best. Buying the best of the presents to impress their lovers. And some even trying gear up the courage to walk up to 'them' to finally tell them , How they really feel about them. 

Cliqued much ? Well , that's not only what I think.

I believe Valentine's Day is a day for loosers and cowards. I say , WHY do we need a 'particular' day to tell our feelings to someone ? WHY do we need a particular day or an occassion to show how much we love them ? It's clearly a day for the Cowards who cannot just man up and go and tell the person on the day they start liking them. Valentine's Day is supposed to be celebrated with your lover together and not trying to think of impressing the person. It's just outrageous to see poeple going gaga over how to show they love their partners more than the other ! I mean , why does one really need a special 'day' to make it official ? We as human beings have the potential to make anything! With anything , I mean even DAY. Why do it on a cliqued day and not any other ordinary Day ? Why do we HAVE to show him/her that how we love them on that very day and not every single day ?

 Love is not to be found in someone else, but in ourselves; we simply awaken it. But in order to do that, we need the other person. The universe only makes sense when we have someone to share our feelings with and that can only happen when you let the world go to hell and come up with your true and inner feelings , not nessesarily on the V-Day. V-Day is JUST a way for shopkeepers to earn more profit and to make your self get into your inner shell further more.

However , I m dead sure , most of my readers must be thinking that , I dont AT ALL make sense in what I am writing. But now , I m sure you would agree with me.

Beside, your Lover , who is the next person you love the most ? Yourself ? Right ?

So , how many times have you Actually thought of spending 14th February just by YOURSELF. Pampering yourself or treating your self with shopping or even just sitting near a bay window and simply appreciating what you were and what you have become? 

In the terrible rat race of life , we have forgotten, what is it like to Love yourself ! So , this Valentine's Day make a Promise to your self that , you would spend this ONE day being with yourself , being YOU and see the difference you feel about you.
